Join the Kindness
Community this Christmas.
Christmas is the season of giving and kindness. A celebration of the greatest gift of all - Jesus’ love for us. It’s a time to reach out to neighbours and strangers by sharing generosity and the warmth of connection.
This year, we’d love to say a big thank you to people across our community who go above and beyond to make the lives of others better. We’re inviting you to nominate a Christmas Star, someone who you would like to give a bag of kindness to as a big thank you.
We plan to pack at least 2000 Bags of Kindness to Christmas Stars across our community.
You can nominate your Christmas Star on our website. Nominations close Monday 9th December 2024 and bags will be ready for collection on Saturday 14th December.

St Catherine’s will be hosting a Packing Day on Saturday 14 December 2024 between 11am-2pm..
Why not get involved and make this a fun and festive community event?
To a Christmas star.
Run around the aisle in your local supermarket and grab these seven items: Christmas Cake, Yule Log, Mince Pies, Chocolate Orange, Giant Chocolate Buttons, Haribo Sweets, and a Christmas Cracker. Pop them in a bag and bring them to St Catherine’s on Saturday 14th December between 11am-2pm.

This year we would love to invite you to participate in our bag packing day at St Catherine’s Church.
You will have the opportunity to fill a bag with goodies, distribute bags for collection or get involved with refreshments. It’s all hands on deck! Come join the festive fun on Saturday 14 December between 11am-2pm!
